I'm aware of tools like Fx Sound and third-party EQs but I'm not a fan because it uses your CPU power and this is on a gaming PC which can affect gaming performance. Been fighting this myself without any success. I tried reinstalling the app itself from the Microsoft Store and still the same situation.
