Oil leaking at prop Check and make sure you are losing lower unit oil or getting water in it before you do unnecessary repairs. Then check gearcase lube for water to be sure. Because output shaft oil seals are exposed and prone to damage, you should replace them immediately if they’re leaking or worn out.
